By using Promptora, you agree to the following Shipping and Returns Policies:

 

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after customization is finalized.

  • Orders will be delivered within 4–8 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

  • Shipping is available across India.


2. Returns & Refunds

All products at Promptora are customized and made-to-order, so returns are not accepted unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

To request a resolution, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and your order number.

If the refund is approved, then the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.


3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • A ₹30 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 2 hours will not be accepted as production begins quickly.

  • For cancelled orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.

🔔 Note: If you placed an order without uploading the necessary image, our team will reach out. If you do not respond within 2 days, the order will proceed without the incomplete item, and no refund will be issued for it.
