AI Modes Explained

What are the available AI modes?

We currently offer three AI prompt-based modes — each with a unique style and transformation. You can experiment and choose the one that matches your creative vision best.

What’s the difference between each AI mode?

Each mode interprets your prompt differently. For example, "the first "Text to Image" produces a High Quality Image based on your prompt whereas the second one enhances your prompt further to produce a Premium Quality Image.

The "Stickerize" is used for generating High Quality Sticker Images.

What AI Models do you use?

We use "Chat GPT -4o", "DALLE-3" and "Replicate" Models for generating images.

Can I switch between AI modes freely?

Yes! You can switch between modes at any time. However, each image generation will consume 1 credit, regardless of the mode.

Will more AI styles be added later?

Yes, we're continuously exploring and testing new AI models. Stay tuned — new styles may be added soon based on feedback.

Image Generation & Prompt Guidelines

How do I generate an image?

Simply select an AI mode, enter a descriptive prompt (e.g., “A dreamy mountain landscape at sunset”), and click “Generate.” You’ll see the image within seconds.

Are there any prerequisites for generating an image using AI?

Yes, generating each Image using AI requires certain credits. The number of credits depends on the selected AI mode.

What kind of prompts work best?

Use clear, specific prompts. Include styles or mood descriptors (like “cyberpunk city at night” or “pastel watercolor forest”). The more vivid your description, the better.

Can I edit or refine the image later?

Once generated, the image cannot be edited through AI, but you can re-enter a revised prompt to generate a new version.

Can I download the generated image?

Yes! Once your image is generated, you can download and save it for use on any product in our store.

What do I do after generating the image?

You can download the image and use it on any customizable product from our catalog.

Credits System & Account Questions

Are there any Free Credits available?

Of Course!! Every new customer gets 10 free credits upon account creation. You can use them across any AI mode.

How are credits deducted?

Credits are only deducted after a successful image generation. If something fails, your credit remains untouched.

Can I buy more credits?

Absolutely. You can purchase credit packs at any time by visiting the Credits Purchase page - Purchase Credits – Promptora

When will the credits be added to my account after purchasing?

Once purchased, your credits will be automatically credited to your account within 30 mins.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits do not expire unless otherwise stated. Free credits may have a validity period — check your account for details.

Product Customization with AI Images

How do I use the AI image on a product?

You have two options:

  • Do-It-Yourself: Upload your AI image directly into our Smart Product Customizer. You can move, resize, and place it wherever you like on the product.

  • Done-For-You: Use the Upload AI Image field while placing the order, and we’ll handle the placement for you based on the product layout.

Can I upload non-AI images?

Yes, absolutely by using the Image Upload Fields for Done-For-You products like Ghibli Style - Mugs, Bottles, Action Figure Style - Frames, Keychains etc.
