Promptora uses a credit-based system to let you create personalized AI-generated designs with ease and flexibility. Here's everything you need to know:

💡 What Are Credits?

Credits are digital units required to use different AI customization features on Promptora. Each use of an AI mode requires a certain number of credits. This helps us manage resource usage fairly while delivering the best experience to all users.

🆓 Free Credits for New Users

  • Every new user receives 10 free credits upon registration to try out the AI customization tools.

🛒 How to Purchase Credits

  • To purchase credits, visit our Credit Purchase Product Page

  • Choose the credit bundle that suits your needs and purchase it like any other product in the store.

  • Once purchased, your credits will be automatically credited to your account within 30 mins.

  • You can buy credits at any time — no need to wait until your free or current credits are used up.

⚙️ Credit Usage & Deductions

  • Each AI feature requires credits to function. The exact number depends on the mode you're using.

  • Credits are only deducted after the image is successfully generated — not at the time of submitting the prompt.

  • If generation fails or is canceled before confirmation, no credits will be deducted.

🔁 Viewing and Refreshing Credit Status

  • After generating an image, please refresh the page to view:

    • Your latest available credits

    • Total used credits

    • Remaining balance

  • This ensures your dashboard reflects the most current information.

📖 Where to View Credit History

  • There is no credit usage history panel in the account section at this time.

  • However, you can view your usage stats:

    • On any product page that includes the AI customization form

    • Or on the standalone AI Image Generation page

    • At the top of the form, you'll see your current usage summary

📦 Viewing Purchased Credits

  • You can view your past credit purchases by visiting:

    • My Account > Order History

    • All purchases of credit bundles will be listed just like regular product orders

⛔ Important Notes

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

  • Misuse, automation, or unauthorized access may lead to account suspension.
