1. Product Customization and AI Use

  • Promptora offers AI-powered tools to help you generate unique designs and customize products.

  • All designs created through Promptora are intended for use on products ordered from our platform only.

  • You must not upload images or content that violate copyrights, trademarks, or include offensive material.


2. Images & Product Representation

  • Illustrative Images: Product visuals shown on Promptora are for illustrative purposes only. The final print may slightly vary in placement, brightness, or contrast.

  • Color Accuracy: Colors may appear different due to monitor and display settings. We do our best to represent them accurately, but slight differences may occur.

  • Mockups: Some mockup previews are computer-generated and serve only as references.

3. Product Details Disclaimer

  • Any images associated with a product (mockups or thumbnails) are for reference only and should not be assumed to be exact representations of the final product.

4. Cancellations

  • You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • A flat Rs. 30 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations, regardless of order value.

  • After 2 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the production process begins automatically.

  • By placing an order on Promptora, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation conditions.

5. Missing Custom Image Submissions

  • If you place an order for a customized product but do not upload an image, our team will either contact you via email or via WhatsApp to request the missing image.

  • If you do not respond within 2 days, we will process and ship your order without the customized item, and no refund will be issued for that specific product.

6. Content Governance

  • You are solely responsible for the content (prompts or uploaded images) used to generate designs. Promptora reserves the right to reject any content that is:

    • Offensive or inappropriate

    • Copyright-infringing

    • Unlawful or misleading

7. License & Usage

  • Generated content through Promptora’s AI is for personal or product-use only.

  • Redistribution or resale of AI-generated content outside Promptora’s platform is not permitted unless explicitly licensed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Promptora is not liable for:

    • Delays in delivery due to courier or logistics issues

    • Slight color variations due to screen display differences

    • Minor misalignments in print positions, which are acceptable within industry tolerances.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of login details may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

  • Promptora is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your negligence.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources available on (Promptora) including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of (Promptora) or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
